Mr Rotimi Oyekanmi, Chief Press Secretary to the Chairman, Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Professor Mahmood Yakubu has countered the widespread speculation on social media reporting that the residence of his boss in Bauchi was attacked by protesters who claimed not to be satisfied with the results announced at the just concluded 2023 general elections.
Reacting to the widespread video on social media, Mr Oyekanmi; said “ the property being purportedly attacked by some youths in the video circulating online does not belong to his boss, INEC Chairman.
He further claimed, saying his boss does not have such building in Bauchi or anywhere in the world.
