Just In: Labour Party Meets, Tasks Newly Elected Legislators To Work With Mindsets Of Uplifting The Nation

 The foremost political figure in the country, Labour Party, had earlier today counseled with their party chieftains and the newly elected personalities of the Legislative Assembly in a meeting termed; strategic session.

The National Working Committee (NWC) under the distinguished leadership of Barr. Julius Abure, had charged all elected Senators and House of Representatives legislators to represent the interests of their constituents and also bearing the birth of the party at heart, as the party is solely responsible for meeting the yearnings of the citizens for effective, accountable, transparent leadership and representation.

His Excellency Mr. Peter Obi, the frontline Presidential Candidate of the party, contributed stating the measures to effective and efficient governance. 

Nigerians will hold us accountable and responsible if the party fails in fulfilling its campaign promises. Obi added.
